Refund & Cancellation Policy

What can and cannot be refunded across play sessions, birthday parties, paid events, memberships and gift cards.

Walk-in play

There is no advance online booking or online payment for walk-in play. You pay for the session after your child has played. Once paid, a play session is non-refundable.

Birthday parties

  • A ₹10,000 advance is required to confirm a party slot, and this advance is non-refundable.
  • Cancelling a party does not entitle you to a refund of the booking advance.
  • Rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.
  • Baccha Party may need to reschedule a party due to exceptional unforeseen circumstances.

Prepaid events

Confirmed, paid event bookings are non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue or purchase.
