This website gives information about Baccha Party outlets, play sessions, birthday packages, memberships and events. Prices, timings and packages shown here are indicative and are confirmed by the outlet team when you enquire. Enquiry forms on this website send your details to the outlet you select so that team can reply.

Each Baccha Party outlet is operated by the entity below, and your booking is with that entity.

• Socks are mandatory for all.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Food and drinks are restricted to the designated party and food areas.
• Foam spray, party poppers, confetti balls and similar items are not permitted.
• All guests must follow the Rules of Play displayed at the outlet and the instructions of our team.

Age eligibility is shown on each outlet page.

• A ₹10,000 non-refundable advance is required to confirm your slot.
• 50% of the remaining estimated balance is payable within 2 days of booking.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the booking advance.
• Rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.
• Baccha Party may reschedule a party due to exceptional unforeseen circumstances.

• Your committed head count of kids and adults is required 3 days in advance.
• Minimum billing is based on the committed head count, or on actual attendance if that is higher.
• Food menu confirmation is required 4–5 days before the party.
• Additional food beyond the confirmed count cannot be guaranteed.

Mini Bash and shared-party arrangements vary by outlet and package. Where more than one celebration is hosted concurrently, designated party areas are separated while the play area may remain shared.

• Additional décor and activities may be arranged at extra cost.
• Outside vendors require our explicit approval before the party.
• Photography and videography follow the operational rules in place at the outlet.
